Rosa dei Venti Villas are newly built luxury semidetached houses with an incredible view to the Brioni Islands National park and only 500mt from the see. Immersed into the quite and relaxing atmosfere of the residential village of Peroj, the location guarantees peace, privacy and most of all comfort for a holiday to remember.
The village of Fazana is only a short kilometer away offering a wide variety of restaurants, bars and entertainments. Pula with its enchanting Arena is about 15/20 minutes by car.
We at RdV spent nearly a year to find the location we thought was the best for a peaceful holiday with fun just around the corner and we believe we managed to find it.
In the property you can enjoy around 100msq of terraces overlooking the sea and around 100msq of beautiful landscaped garden. You can off course refresh yourself in your personal pool or in the Jacuzzi (service not available at this time). All amenities like sun beds, towels etc are included. The Villas offer around 130msq with a large living and equipped coocking area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all completed with all the amenities you can expect from a luxury villa!

The Villa
Our Villas are comfortable, organized and essential.
On the ground floor you will find a huge space for living and dining and a great open kitchen. The space is great to entertain the whole family in the event that it is raining outside.
2 bedrooms with an open wardrobe and a connected TV for entertainment and direct access to the garden terrace are also on the ground floor. The 2 rooms share one bathroom. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a walk in closet and a private bathroom. The room has also a private terrace overlooking the Brioni Islands.
Always on the first floor you will find a 40msq terrace to enjoy along the whole day but mostly to cheers wtih your family and friend looking at the incredible sunsets1

Holiday rental

Our main service is to offer you a perfect location for your holidays. We have two semi-detached villas capable to host 6 (+1) guests each. The Villas are fully furnished and complete with all the necessary amenities. Toiletries, towels and beach towels are included
Daily Housekeeping
We normally do housekeeping once a week or according to the length of your holidays a few times during your stay.
We are consciuos of the environment and have an eco-friendly policy
Garden
Each Villa has its own private garden to enjoy nature and the season' colors. Every months of the season you can enjoy the blooming of different flowers and trees. Curated grass carpet weekly
Breathtaking Views

Each Villas offer around 150msq of terraces, all looking at the ocean and the Brioni Islands. Enjoy the sunset or the top terrace with incredible colors

The Surroundings

The villas are in Peroj. In the village you will find a small supermarket, fresh veggie and two restaurants. Nearby you have Fazana (1km), wich is a 30 min walk along the beach with restaunrants and shops. Pula is around 15km away, around 20min by car.
